Online Therapy

No need to plan out time to drive to and from the office! You'll be able to access our sessions from the comfort of wherever you happen to be.

I offer online therapy services to residents in North Carolina— yes, that means anywhere in NC! I use a secure video platform for our sessions, and all you will have to do is click the link that you receive without having to download anything on your computer. You also have the option to use your phone or tablet by downloading an app if you need to conduct our session in your car or somewhere else that is not in your home. The choice is yours!


Walk & Talk Therapy

Walk & Talk Therapy allows us to take our sessions outdoors! Walking while talking about your feelings may be easier compared to sitting still and making direct eye contact. This approach can help clients feel more comfortable and at ease in nature. Offered during all seasons— spring, summer, fall, winter!
