Hi, I’m Megan Mackey, MA, LCHMCA, NCC. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in North Carolina, and I am the owner + founder of Boundless Grace Therapy. I work with women ages 18 and older who may be struggling with disordered eating/eating disorders, anxiety, grief, athletic performance, women’s issues, and trauma. In addition to my credentials, I have completed the training through Postpartum Support International in Maternal Mental Health which has provided me with specific tools to help and support women and moms whether it be transitions and adjustments to motherhood, infertility, trying to conceive, pregnancy, and loss.
My approach to healing is eclectic and adaptable. I tailor each session to best fit your needs by using a blend of therapeutic approaches in order for you to heal wounds, strengthen your self-worth, and feel free from whatever you are wrestling with. Together, we will develop effective tools and coping skills that facilitate your growth and healing.
If you are here reading this right now, I want to acknowledge the courageous step you are taking to seek help. It can be scary to reach out and speak up for what you need, especially if you are the type of person who works hard to convince everyone around you that you are fine but internally, you are fighting a war with yourself. It’s okay— I know the weight of life can be extremely heavy, and there is permission here to take your armor off to rest.My hope is to create a safe space for you to feel seen, heard, validated, and cared for because even while you feel this way, you belong in this world just as anyone else. No matter who or what made you feel invisible, unworthy, unloved, or unseen, there is still a place for you. So, pull up a chair— this is a space of unconditional acceptance where wounds can heal and grace is extended. We are free to know grace, welcome it, live in it, and cling to it. Healing with grace leads us towards restoration and light and allows us to find our way back home to our authentic selves.
